Felix Otieno

I am an enthusiastic and vibrant individual with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Over the past 17 years, I have honed my skills in managing diverse teams and fostering a culture of professionalism and collaboration in the workplace. My experience has equipped me with a keen understanding of operational efficiency, customer service excellence, and strategic planning, which I believe are essential for driving an organization’s success. I am particularly adept at aligning team efforts with the company’s vision and mission, ensuring that every member contributes to our shared goals. My academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Management from KeMU University, which provided me with a solid foundation in hospitality principles and business management.

Recently, I served as the manager at Met Beach Resort in Malindi, where I successfully led initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and streamline operations. During my tenure, I implemented innovative practices that enhanced service delivery and employee engagement, resulting in a more motivated workforce and higher customer retention rates. My role also involved developing training programs to upskill staff and maintain high standards of service quality. As I join Ambulex as an Administration Manager, I am excited to bring my expertise in hospitality management to a new environment, where I can contribute to the organization’s growth and efficiency by applying my skills in administration, team leadership, and operational management.
