Judith Oketch is the Founder and CEO of Ambulex Solutions, where she is at the helm of strategy formulation and implementation, and overall organizational operations and leadership of a bold social enterprise that seeks to create a large-scale socio-economic impact in Africa by providing affordable, accessible and timely first response during medical emergencies. She brings over 8 years’ of experience in project management, women and youth empowerment, and health advocacy.

With a strong background in health and gender, Judith has served as Mass Customer Segment Manager with Kasha Technologies Limited, a social enterprise start up that is working to improve access to, and breaking barriers surrounding sexual reproductive health through provision of women’s health, personal care, and beauty products. She spearheaded strategic health services partnerships, liaising with key stakeholders including the Ministry of Health, implementing digital tools to provide health information, as well as the development and execution of growth and expansion strategies targeting the key BoP customer segment- Women. She has previously worked in the non-profit sector, where she held a variety of roles including managing projects at Camara Education Limited, Program Management with Miss Koch Kenya, and Program Coordination with the National Organization of Peer Educators (NOPE).

A visionary leader and change maker, Mrs. Oketch has a strong business acumen stemming from her engagement with social enterprises, and background working with low-income communities in rural settings, particularly women on Sexual and Reproductive Health programs to improve their overall health and livelihoods. She has led multi-cultural teams of over 40 staff in her different roles.

Judith Oketch holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Gender and Women Health and has attended various local and international professional development programs and conferences.
