Emergency Dispatch
Our emergency centre runs 24 hours a day. It takes the call, assesses the emergency and sends the nearest suitable response.
Members reach the Ambulex emergency centre by phone, through the Ambulex Pulse app or on SafeDial USSD. The dispatcher confirms the location and the nature of the emergency, sends a response team and keeps the caller informed until help arrives.
Dispatchers coordinate with responders on the ERT app and with the receiving health facility, so the patient is expected when they arrive.
